Cuban rapper, singer and flute player Yaite Ramos is performing under the stage name La Dame Blanche for the first time in Czech Republic. On the 28^th of May she is presenting her debut album “2” in the Lucerna Music Bar, which will be released on the 16^th of May.

This amazing artist is the daughter of the Buena Vista Social Club Orchestra musical director Jesus „Aguaje“ Ramose. Her music, a mix of Latin Hip Hop, Reggae, and certainly Nu Cumbia, are rich in social meaning and claim their roots in the traditions of urban music.
A close friend is Sergent Garcia, for whom she played flute and sang the back vocals also for his records – one of the records was recorded together with Manu Chao.
For the new album she worked together with Emilian Gomez aka El Hijo de la Cumbia, an Argentinean producer famous for his original attitude mixing traditional south American genres with new genres. Marc “Babylotion” Damblé, who produced not only Sergent Garcia, but also Orishas, Amadou & Mariam, produced in the studio. For the new album she had prestigious collaborations: Philippe Cohen-Solal from Gotan Project, Toy Selectah, Flaco Nuñez ex-Orishas and many more.

La Dame Blanche is performing on the 28^th of May in the Lucerna Music Bar. Club is opening at 6.30pm with support bands. The concert starts at 8pm.
