Yasiin Bey aka Mos Def is coming to the Lucerna Music Bar on the 27th of March, so we wanted to know, what he means to you. The answer is simple (and it didn’t matter who we asked): he is it. He is the icon, the legend. He is the inspiration, he is the freedom, the black star. Mos Def was for everybody a great inspiration and a master of the word. Carmen from United Flavour said: “The first time I was stunned, was when I saw a video of him free styling on the street. I couldn’t believe his talent. His original lyrics, flow and rhythm sound for me like hip hop poetry. I can’t wait to see him live!”
