The concert will be a cross-section of the orchestra’s work in all its changing periods, from the present to the beginning. The rich programme will feature original compositions from the 16 albums the orchestra has recorded during its career to date.
The evening will feature many of the top jazz musicians who play or have played in the orchestra and a number of great soloists such as Jiří Stivín, Emil Viklický, Ondřej Soukup, František Kop, Julius Baroš, Štěpán Markovič, Marcel Bárta, František Kučera, Kryštof Marek, Martin Kumžák, Luboš Soukup and many others.
At the beginning of the evening, four members of the KJJ College Big Band, which Milan Svoboda has been leading at the Jaroslav Ježek College and Conservatory since 2008, will perform as additional guests.
This is a unique big band show with the participation of almost a hundred great musicians, so don’t miss it!
