The popular band Zebrahead is returning to the Czech Republic! This punk powerhouse will bring its signature fun-filled sound to Lucerna Music Bar on November 29, 2026.

The Zebrahead legend began after the band’s formation in 1996 with the release of the EP *Yellow* on the independent label Dr. Dream in May 1998. Word about the band spread very quickly, and Zebrahead signed a deal with major label Columbia, where they released their full-length debut, *Waste of Mind*. It came out later that same year. Their follow-up album, *Playmate of the Year*, was released in mid-2000 and garnered rave reviews; the catchy title track received over 4,000 plays on modern and traditional rock radio stations and was featured on the biggest alternative stations around the world. Since then, Zebrahead’s story has been unfolding—a journey that has continued for nearly 30 years, with no signs that the band intends to slow down their momentum in any way.

Their latest EP, titled *I (2024)*, is an auditory explosion of adrenaline and relentlessly catchy melodies—the kind that make you want to bang your head to the beat. “It’s the culmination of our collaborative work and a true understanding of our songwriting process. In my opinion, it’s a huge step forward, and I can’t wait for everyone to scream along with us,” says guitarist Estrella about the record.

This will be the band’s ninth performance in front of Czech fans. This demonstrates their immense popularity and large fan base in the Czech pop/punk-rock scene.
