Movits! are a recognised band for their cross-over and social critical lyrics that are balanced and fitting. A new album is coming out full of dance tunes blending hard beats and brass and they will play in Lucerna Music Bar in 8th November.

Last year they released their fifth album called V, ten years after the debut album Äppelknyckarjazz. There is a a second part to it that came out this spring. Accorning to the band it sounds like a herd of elephants attending a Mississippi carneval.

And so this double album has got fifteen songs altogether and features such artists as Tjuvjakt, Herbert Munkhammar, Constine, Zacke and Erik Emanuel. The music is more experimental, calmer and darker with hard beats, dance tunes and bombastic brass arrangements and one foot in a hip hop tradition.
