An influental rock band Helmet are doing a 30th anniversary tour this autumn. They will visit thirty European cities and the first stop will be at Lucerna Music Bar.

Helmet are celebrating thirty years of existence and the plan is to play thirty songs every gig from their extensive repertoire consisting of eight studio albums and a few older EP’s and singles as well as a few covers of other bands. There won’t be any opening act in any of their concerts.

The founder and frontman Page Hamilton said: “Helmet was founded the moment John, Peter and me picked Henry in an audition. It was in 1989 and I think it was in May. I love to play this music with the current outfit – Kyle, Dan and Dave. To commemorate thirty years of recording and travelling we decided to play thirty songs every evening in thirty cities in Europe and then thirty in America. We hope to see you all there.”
