The Czech band Žlutý pes celebrated last year their 35th anniversary on stage and are releasing straight a new album. It is called “Stroj času” and will be released on the 30th of April in the LMB. The album is a real treasure, because it has songs recorded in the 80s, when their music was because of the political situation forbidden. “When we after the revolution could finally release the songs, we were musically somewhere else”, says the head of the band Ondřej Hejma. Now, together with the 35th anniversary it seems to be the right time. The album has also few cover versions, e.g. from Bob Dylan, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Molly Hatchet.
This concert is a jewel of the Czech rock and pop scene, come and catch the breeze of history.
