Their performance is part of <strong>Excelent Jukebox<\/strong> series and will be held on <strong>May 4th<\/strong> at Prague\u2019s club <strong>Lucerna Music Bar<\/strong>. Pentatonix broke through after they won the third season of the competition The Sing-Off, which is organized annually by NBC. Besides financial reward they also won a contract with Sony Music label. They have released two albums since then and have reached millions of fans all over the world. Their song Evolution of Music, which represents an overview of music evolution through the centuries, has been shared on social networks\u2019 profiles of tens of millions people! <!--more-->It\u2019s most likely that you saw it too!<\/p>\n<p>The band is named after the pentatonic scale. The definition of this scale describes five notes \u2013 the group believed that the scale\u2019s five notes matched their interconnectedness. It makes even more sense when you know that the members of Pentatonix have been the best friends since childhood.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a great pleasure to organize a show of this group of five in Prague. The prerequisite of the vocalists is great musicality, talent and hard work. The musicians can\u2019t hide themselves behind their instruments \u2013 their only instrument is their voice. And every mistake is evident.
