The song is catchy, a bit of Haim, a bit of Bangles, a lot west coast atmosphere. Angela Gail and Jeffrey Jacob played both in a grunge band before, she played the bas guitar, he the guitar. They decided to go a different direction, a bit of folk and country in their bag. They got help from people who mixed for Oasis and Lykke Li, from the British Radio 1, they visited David Letterman\u2019s TV show and signed a contract with the label, who is releasing also Lana Del Rey.
