About their great show were written many great reviews, musicserver.cz wrote: \u201cgreat, great and great!\u201d. The Boxer Rebellion are a phenomenon of alternative rock, which does not like to follow any rules. \u201cThis band can change your life\u201d, wrote the British <strong>NME<\/strong>. Their songs are unbelievably epic and surprisingly personal and melodic.<\/p>\n<p>They have so far released an eponymous EP, three studio albums, <em>Exits<\/em> (2005), <em>Union<\/em> (2009) and <em>The Cold Still<\/em> (2011) and a compilation album, <em>B-Sides &#038; Rarities Collection, Vol. 1 &#038; 2<\/em> (2012). The Boxer Rebellion&#8217;s third studio album, <em>The Cold Still<\/em> (2011) was mixed and produced by Ethan Johnsat Peter Gabriel&#8217;s Real World Studios. The album was released on iTunes on 1 February 2011 in the United States. It was released digitally on iTunes and physically in the UK, Europe, and around the world 7 February 2011, and in France 1 March 2011. They music made an appearance in several tv-shows, especially in the movie \u201cGoing the Distance\u201d with Drew Barrymore. They are currently finalizing plans for their 2013 North American tour in support of their fourth studio album, &#8220;Promises,&#8221; which is scheduled for release on 14 May 2013.
