Over the past thirty years, the music of the famous Belarusian band Lyapis Trubetskoy has undergone a drastic transformation: happy, carefree songs like “Au”, “Ti kinula” (“You Gave Me Up”), “V plat’ye belom” (“In A White Dress”) have given way to socio-political punk rock music that speaks to deeper issues. Lyapis Trubetskoy managed to create infectious rock melodies along with lyrics that are full of black humor and political satire. ‘Capital’, ‘Matryoshka’, ‘Warriors of Light’ and other singles inspire people across countries to defend freedom and fight for their political views.<\/p>\n

During their years of active creative activity, Lyapis Trubetskoy have toured the world performing for their devoted audiences. Lyapis Trubetskoy’s music videos have become a real internet sensation and now have millions of views on YouTube.
