Anarchy in the UK began forty years back with Sex Pistols but instead of punk we now have rap. That\u2019s also one of the reasons the collective called Low Gang came to existence in California where the young Diego Leanos got recruited. They call him Diego but he\u2019s more known under the nickname Lil Xan. Therefore a \u201ctotal xanarchy\u201d could break out among the young.
