After great shows of Gyptian and the king of Italian reggae Alborosie you can look forward to one more reggae beats. On the 28<sup>th<\/sup> of November it is not just one concert, but a whole Jahmusic Reggae Festival: Jamaican sensation No Madds, Czech HomeBwoyRasta, Rising Spirits and Djs.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are available for 380 CZK (+fee) at GoOut.cz, Ticketpro, Ticketportal, musicbar.cz and at the cash desk of the LMB (without fee).<\/p>\n<p>No-Maddz was formed at their alma mater Kingston College in 2000. The premiere Dub Poetry group comprises of Sheldon Shepherd, Everaldo &#8220;Evie&#8221; Creary , Christopher &#8220;Birdheye&#8221;<wbr \/> Gordon, and O&#8217;neil Peart. No-Maddz music is no doubtingly<wbr \/> something new. It fuses their unique Dub Poetry style with multiple music genres and carries the spirit of Jamaica&#8217;s Roots music. The unique sound is compliment<wbr \/>ed by a live performanc<wbr \/>e that breathes life in the entertainm<wbr \/>ent world. They are respected as a key administra<wbr \/>tor for the new music movement out of Jamaica. No-Maddz trod firmly on the motto, &#8220;If it nuh live; it dead&#8221; and only performs with their band, Dihaadhaad<wbr \/>ban. The group&#8217;s single &#8220;Rise Above Profanity&#8221;<wbr \/> is currently featured on the PUMA FAAS global campaign. The No-Maddz plays the characters<wbr \/> &#8216;Rocker&#8217;, &#8216;Flex&#8217;, &#8216;And&#8217; and &#8216;Groove&#8217; alongside world top athlete Usain Bolt. All members are recipients<wbr \/> of the prestigiou<wbr \/>s Jamaican Prime Minster Youth Award for excellence<wbr \/> in the field of Arts and Culture (years awarded 2006, 2005,2009,<wbr \/> 2007 respective<wbr \/>ly); the highest state award for youths in Jamaica.<\/p>\n<p>The Czech reggae band HomebwoyRasta from Olomouc was formed in 2008 and already shortly after that they played at the European Reggae Contest. This year they released the EP Live In Peace and right now they are working on a whole album.<br \/>\nWe can also look forward to the Czech band Rising Spirits, African-Czech drum project Njachas African and great Djs, like DJ Rizla and Herby.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The series of great reggae music is not over yet!
