Every song on this new album Death To The World is a combination of different hard styles \u2013 hard rock, metal and punk. The album was produced by Page Hamilton, mixed by Jay Baumgardner, and recorded by Toshi Kasai.<\/p>\n<p>The winner of the golden record and Grammy nominated Helmet released since 1989 eight successful albums. Helmet, fusing Zeppelinesque riffing with a vehement post-hardcore precision, augmented by dense chords and offbeat time signatures based in Hamilton\u2019s formal jazz training.\u00a0The combination was that rarest of visionary creations\u2013it was successful in its own time.\u00a0Bands such as the Deftones, Rise Against, Pantera and Tool have all cited Helmet as an influence, and not just for Helmet\u2019s blistering, aggro approach but for the band\u2019s sheer musicality and brains. Helmet, among other things, is a work of art.<\/p>\n<p>This will also show the newest album Dead To The World, which will be released 28<sup>th<\/sup> of October on earMusic as CD digipack and vinyl.
