On the 11th<\/sup> of August is the dark prince of electro coming to Prague \u2013 the South African artist Felix Labanda. He will present to us his new album Deaf Safari. Laband will perform a unique live show accompanied by visual artist Kerry Chaloner. Support is producer and DJ Jon Kennedy.<\/p>\n

Widely regarded as one of the most innovative and gifted electronic artists to emerge from South Africa, since the 2001 release of his first full-length album, Thin Shoes In June, Felix Laband has toured extensively around the country and abroad, garnering international attention for his evocative electronic music. 2002 saw the release of 4\/4 Down The Stars. In 2005 Laband signed with German label Compost Records and released the acclaimed Dark Days Exit. Ten years later, in 2015, he jumped back onto the scene with the release of Dead Safar which has been met with critical acclaim \u2013 including an 8\/10 rating from Mixmag. \u201cI\u2019m really happy about the release of this new record and about the fact, that I can perform again. My last record Dark Days Exit was released ten years ago, and even I was not working in the music world, I never stopped making music.\u201d, says Laband about his new release Deaf Safari.<\/p>\n
