On the 7th and 8th of November is the second edition of the Nouvelle Festival Prague taking place, at the Staropramen brewery in Prague \u2013 Smichov. It is a great opportunity to meet interesting people from the music business. Like last year, which was a big success, there will be two parts: panels, where the big names of the music business are discussing the situation in this scene and giving impulses for chances and showcases, where you can listen to great music. We were invited to be a guest at the panel HIGHWAY 2014 REVISITED.<\/p>\n
The program of Nouvelle Prague is bringing two headliners: Balthazar from Belgium and the very famous Czech band Zrn\u00ed. Balthazar were already in Prague, last year as the support for the Editors and after that they played a great solo concert in the Lucerna Music Bar. The Czech band Zrn\u00ed will take the concert at the Nouvlle festival as they release party for their new album “N\u00e1sleduj kojota”.<\/p>\n
The program of this year’s festival will be even richer. Besides of the two headliners and many foreign showcases, the organizers picked together with the music magazine FullMoon many Czech artists, which have now the opportunity to not only present themselves to the Czech audience, but also to many agents and bookers from all over the world.<\/p>\n
The Czech music scene will be represented by the bands Vlo\u017ete ko\u010dku, which won last year the Vinyl and An\u011bl award, Kittchen, who was last year nominated for the Apollo award for the best album 2013 and the bands Nylon Jail and Please The Trees. As for the foreign bands is coming from Australia the pop-rock band Ball Park Music and Calling All Cars, from Canada is coming Slow Down Molasses and The Visit, from Israel is Skyroads and from South Africa The Plastics. As special guest are playing The Feud.<\/p>\n
Tickets for one day are available at Ticketsforpeople for 270 CZK, for both days for 370 CZK.<\/p>\n
